Chloe's Philosophy on Music Education
Chloe is an accomplished piano teacher who aims to develop her students to their fullest potential through performance, using her vast experience in international performance.
She performed in numerous countries and won prizes in many, including the East Coast International Competition (New York, 1st prize), Pure Vienna International Competition (Vienna, 1st Prize) and North International Music Competition (Sweden, 3rd prize). In Australia, she earned first place in the Jascha Spivakovsky Piano Prize and the Ballarat Royal South Street Eisteddfod. Chloe also plays for the Supreme Court Library and its lawyers during their Lyrical Lunch Time Concerts. Her expertise and familiarity mean that she understands what it takes to become a competent performer and how to enjoy oneself whilst doing so.
Chloe has prepared multiple students for AMEB exams who are routinely awarded 'A' grade marks with strong technique, trained by their regular concert performances where they become accustomed to an audience and are spurred on to attain prizes for outstanding playing.
Chloe's passion includes helping her students understand the incredible and wonderful depth of the art. She hopes all her students will develop a fondness and appreciation for music which they will carry with them all their life.
